Call to Order:
Meeting called to order by the president at 10:00 am.

Approval of Minutes:
Board minutes for the meeting of September 16,2018 were reviewed and approved. EA/RL                 

Treasurer's Report:
The treasurers report containing financial data through September 30,2018 was reviewed and approved. RL/RR  In addition, this report included a proposed club budget for the new KIWANIS year which was reviewed and approved for audit with total expenses for the year of $30,000. EA/RL

Business:
1. Brief reports were made regarding special recognition for Don Medley, future fund-raising activities and RF decorating plans but no board action was require.
