1. The Club has been active on the Interclub front. There were five members at Pasadena. Other visits are planned.

2. Dave Wallach reported slow response to the announcement for the club installation meeting September 23, 2012.

3. Future meetings were set for October 6, (Committee and Club); October 27, (board and Club); November 10, (Club and Board); a 6pm dinner meeting on November 17 at Casa Blanca, (Club and Committee).

4. The annual luncheon with the International President is being planned for December 29, 2012.
