The meeting was called to order at 10:00 by President Madick

Announcements:
1. Reid introduced Gena Woods and described her “Owie Bow Wowie & Friends” company.

2. Div 10 News; Lt. Gov Arnold gave particulars of the Div 10 4th of July Pancake Breakfast.

3. There will be a Summer Fun BBQ at La Salle High School, 3880 E. Sierra Madre Blvd, Pasadena on 6-2-12.

4. DCM 6-14-12, Temple City

5. Alhambra Club has added three new members.

6. Flowers: Larry Madick announced that for Mothers day there are mixed bouquets of Roses.

7. Rose Float will be the main program for the Div 16 DCM on July 17 in Slymar at Fiddlers, 12721 Glenoaks Blvd, San Fernamdo, Dinner at 6:pm (order from the menu), meeting at 7pm. This will also be a Rose Float Club meeting and interclub.

8. Nominations; Reid moved and Shirley seconed to drop Margo Dutton from the board because of lack of attendance. Passed.

9. Orlene’s position of secretary will be assumed by Don Medley with the valuable help of Jan Robertson.

10. There is a need to ask Craig Wallace to do a STORM Newsletter.

11. It was reported that Dee Talley has dropped her membership

12. Business: There is still a need to sell Grand Drawing Tickets. Need to promote the 5 for $100 (one for $25)
