Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 9:57 by President Madick

Announcements:
1. Div 10 News; Announcement of the Cal-Nev-Ha Governor's visit on May 10, 2012. There are DSA's for presentation.

2. Flowers: For Mothers day there are mixed bouquets of Roses.

3. Larry has received a letter informing him that the Club is not allowed to use mass mailing or emails to promote fund raising efforts. There was some general discussion about this.

4. Larry reported that he had attended the Los Angeles Abilities Expo and served on the committee to crown Miss Wheelchair California.

5. President Madick asked who intends to attend the KI Convention in New Orleans and the CNH DCON in Santa Clara. The club needs to assign delegates for the business meetings.

6. Bart and Shirley have a new (for them) car and were charged a $20 fine.

7. Marsha Jackson conducted Happy/Sad time with everyone participating.

8. President Madick introduced Ms Wheelchair California - Biancca Berry. Ms Berry presented a program on disability awareness and answered several questions.
