Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 10:33am, by President - Elect Jan Robertson

Approval of Minutes:
Minutes of the February 23, 2013 meeting had been published via email and posted on the net. Moved by Dave Wallach, second by Ron Robertson, passed.

Treasurer's Report:
Presented by Craig Wallace

Treasurers report for the Foundation was presented by Craig Wallace,

Dave Wallach moved to pass for audit, Marsha Jackson seconded, Passed

Craig moved that the funds from the International Presidents luncheon drawing are being used for $400 in Grand Drawing tickets and Pasadena Club will contribute $300. Seconded by Marsha Jackson.


Division 10 Announcements:
1. Covered earlier, it was announced that the 4/11/13 Division 10 DCM will be held at the Citibank location. All are encouraged to attend.


Old Business:
1. Dave Wallach announced that he has ornaments left. He does not plan to order more.

2. Grand Drawing tickets, SELL. SELL.




New Business:
1. Midyear South breakfast program with Dave Wallach and powerpoint went well with Jan operating the powerpoint machine.

2. Reid Allen presented names and comments for a 2013-2014 slate of officers.

3. Reid Allen presented a list of candidates for the board of directors.

4. Dave Wallach moved a $2000 contribution to Committee, Marsha Jackson seconded, passed.

5. There were several meeting announced. Of particular note is a birthday party for Reid in July.

6. Craig stated that in the past he has sent snail mail to former participants in the Grand Drawing and would like to do so again. Dave Wallach moved that Craig should send the letters, Ron Robertson seconded, passed.

7. Next meeting Committee 9am, Club 10am, Board 11am, April 27, 2013 at Citibank.
