Treasurer's Report approved as submitted:

        $7,768.00 in checking account
        $5,553.95 in Foundation account
        $200.00 approved for T-signs for past Golf Tourney
        $4,000.00 approved to send to Rose Float Committee

Letter to be written to Brookside Golf Course expressing our concern about the lack of cooperation regarding our rained-out Golf Tournament, the cost of which they would not reduce when golfers did not show up due to the heavy rain on the day of the tournament. Bob Erikson to draft the letter.

It was moved and re-affirmed that we will not sponsor another golf fund raiser. This motion was past.

The February meeting was scheduled for the Saturdays at both Midyears at 7:00 a.m. KI President-Elect Nelson Tucker will be our speaker at both North and South.

The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, February 25^th at 8:00 a.m. at the Citibank in Pasadena.
