Ernie Arnold moved to pass for audit, Jan Robertson seconded,
Lagunas reported, the Division 10 DCM will be held November 8,
2012 at Citibank.

Allen reported the results of a conference call with Phoenix and
Kiwanis International concerning approaching Phoenix clients.
