Report for 2008-2009: The budget ended as projected with a net
income of $2,452.86.
projection for 2009-2010 was discussed with only two members
from roster are being dropped.
2009-2010 Budget adjustments were discussed.
ending budget was discussed with the foundation finishing the
year $2,609.00 over budget.
to send $2,000 to District for the 2010 Rose Float.
same signers will be maintained on the checking account for
the 2009-2010 year.
Lynn Brimmer, the new Executive Director of the KI Foundation
was sent a dozen red roses by the Rose Float Club. A thank you
note was received.
the foundation run by florist, Ralph Yack, and the link to the
Rose Float website was discussed at length. An accountability
check of roses sold by this site will the responsibility of the
club treasurer. A link may be added to website after further study.
It was agreed to have Pat Liddell look at the contract between
the Rose Float Club and the Kid's Flower Foundation.
A check that was lost has been reissued by Burns & Wilcox
Roses will be sold for $5.00 apiece during the last week of December
at the Rosemont site.
