The meeting was called to order at 11:06am, by President - Elect
Minutes of the July
13, 2013 meeting had been published via email and posted on the
net. Moved by Ron Robertson, second by Dave Wallach, passed
Treasurers report for the Foundation was presented by Craig Wallace
Ron Robertson moved to pass for audit, Ernie Arnold seconded,
earlier, it was announced that the 9/12/13 Division 10 DCM will
be held at the Citibank location. All are encouraged to attend.
Club Installation of officers for the 2013-2014 year will be held
on September 8, 2013 at the Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant in
Hacienda Heights at 4pm.
The 2013-2014 slate of officers that will be installed are:
President - Jan Robertson
President-elect - Ernie Arnold
1st Vice President - Ron Robertson
Secretary - Ron Cope
Treasurer - Craig Wallace
3. Dave reported that the Club Breakfast at the DCON went well.
Wallace Stated that he will move Kiwanis Club of Rose Float of
Pasadena and Kiwanis Rose Float Foundation accounts to a new bank
and will need W Reid Allen Jr., Dave Wallach and Himself to provide
new signature cards.
Wallace discussed the process for billing the membership for the
2013-2014 dues. He moved to give people a chance to get a discount
if they paid in full by September 23, 2013. The amount will be
$170. Seconded by Don Medley, passed.
Arnold spoke about renewing the liability insurance policy for
the board. Craig Wallace seconded, passed.
Wallach announced that the Club has Rose Bowl Game tickets for
sale. If you know of anyone interested please have them contact
