Grand Drawing winner of $5,000 was Paula Lightfoot of the Simi Valley Kiwanis Club.

Three-Fold Rose Float Brochure was discussed. Changes will be made next year.

Grand Drawing for 2009-2010 was discussed. It was decided to sell 800 tickets at $25.00 apiece or 5 for $100 plus a Friends of the Rose Float Badge. The prizes will be $2500.00, $1,000 and $500. It is thought that it will be easier to sell $25.00 tickets than $100.00 tickets in this economy.
